The Manager oversees the Didlake Document Imaging operation and employees associated with this business line. Responsible for the management of production, customer relations, and quality control.
Responsible for customer service, satisfaction, and fulfillment of customer needs.
o Provide and role model the best in class customer service standards
o Communicate and update clients and internal departments on projects
o Respond to and resolve client or production-related issues
disposition via shredding.
o Onboard new client implementations
o Ensure proper chain of custody of all documents / cartons entering the production environment - Inventory client files and create an Excel tracking sheet
o Manage, analyze, and review workflow processes.
o Manage and enhance the quality assurance process for each service line
o Manage monthly scanning cost.
Create and update daily production reports ensuring all production projects are
completed on time
o Maintain production equipment
o Set, track, and achieve daily scanning production goals for the scanning technicians
o Analyze weekly performance data
o Evaluate the technical skills and proficiency of the employees.
o Follow and role model security protocols and standards
o Conduct monthly safety training with scanning technicians
o Work closely with Job Coaches and Workforce Support and Development teams to help employees with disabilities meet or exceed their employment goals.
o Meet with clients to discuss scanning project.
o Send out Google Review requests.
o Process and follow up on monthly billing.
o Create purchase orders using Costpoint software.
