Commercial Marketing Manager
LaSalle Network has partnered with a service-based organization in seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Marketing Manager to join a team in Nashville. In this role, the Commercial Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue objectives across commercial channels. This Commercial Marketing Manager requires a blend of strategic planning, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Commercial Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to support commercial objectives, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing campaigns with business priorities and revenue targets.
- Manage creation of sales enablement materials, presentations, and case studies to support the commercial team.
- Lead execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, events, and traditional media) to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to guide marketing direction.
Commercial Marketing Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on B2B or commercial marketing.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.If interested, and qualify per the above, we invite you to apply to this Commercial Marketing Manager today!
