Bookkeeper

CSP is partnering with a local, well-established property management firm, in their search for a conscientious, detail-oriented Bookkeeper, who will assist in property management and lease administration duties as well.

Duties will include but may not be limited to :

• Accounts Payable – Processing invoices and payments to vendors
• Accounts Receivable – Billing, processing and allocating payments from the tenants
• Tenant Communications – sending emails, letters, statements, and collection efforts
• Clerical – file management – cloud and physical files
• Lease Administration Assistance – learning how to read, interpret and enforce commercial leases
