The Senior Construction Manager supports this mission by overseeing collaboration with contractors in the development of project scopes, reviewing price proposals for accuracy, and overseeing work in the field through completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Project Management and Oversight :

• Functions as the Owner's Representative, supervising the performance of construction and maintaining schedules and budgets for multiple projects.
• Manages and evaluates contractor performance.
• Oversees the work of vendors and project team members to ensure compliance with contract and company expectations.
• Identifies and addresses areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk.
• Ensures accurate management of all accounts receivables.
• Prepares and negotiates contracts.
• In some cases, contracts as owner directly with subcontractors for limited scope projects.

Compensation :

The Senior Construction Manager compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This range is subject to local, state, and regional dynamics and may be adjusted up or down depending on market conditions.

Associates with more than twelve (12) months of service may request consideration to transfer to other jobs as vacancies become available and will be considered along with other applicants.
