Senior Project Manager Commercial Construction
Provide overall leadership and direction for multiple commercial construction projects. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Oversee project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders and senior leadership. Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and efficiency.
