Job Description

Lead large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships. Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and field staff. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation. Familiarity with the Nashville market or willingness to relocate.
