You'll design, implement, and manage a comprehensive direct-to-customer HVAC sales program. Responsibilities :

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Follow up on sales leads and lists with technicians, marked and self generated.
• Address any resistance, negotiate value, and close the sale.
• Educate new and existing customers on service offerings utilizing the company's sales system.
• Recommend solutions and link customer objectives to a total value solution and competitive advantage.
• Maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.

We offer a base salary at 50k / year, and an uncapped bonus structure that allows the opportunity to earn well into the six figure range.
