Bar Back

As the bartenders’ extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar. You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs. There's potential opportunity for growth as many bartenders start as bar-backs.

• Well groomed and presentable.

• Excellent communication skills, including a pleasant and professional phone manner.
• Problem solving ability.
• Ability to be perceptive to guest's needs.
• Ability to deal positive in stressful situations and remain calm.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Able to take direction.
• Able to deal with compliments and guest concerns with the support of management.

Key Responsibilities :

Clean / wipe down bar area counters, furniture, and tabletops

Wash glasses and dishes

Handle drink spills and broken glassware

Restock and replenish liquor, garnishes, and bar supplies

Change beer kegs

Empty trash and refill ice wells

Scratch kitchen with locally sourced foods, hand-crafted cocktails, 70+ wines!

Moxies is a Canadian restaurant that has opened in the US markets in 2016. We have an internationally inspired menu that's entirely made from scratch, a terrific USDA Prime steak program, a refined cocktail list of signature recipes, and an outstanding wine list with an exciting variety of labels.

We are very proud of our food menu as our Chefs work diligently to keep it current and very fresh. We’re open for brunch on the weekends and open late every day. We have a large team of nearly 150 employees in each location. We have restaurants in Canada, Texas, Florida, and soon to be Arizona.
