Crawl Space & Attic Technician Job Details : Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm Pay Rate : $20–$25 / hour (based on experience), plus performance-based raises Crawl Space & Attic Technician Job Description :

• Install vapor barriers, sump pumps, and dehumidifiers
• Remove and replace attic insulation
• Perform crawl space cleanouts and rodent exclusions
• Work safely on ladders and roofs as needed
• Use apps / technology to log job details and communicate with the team
• Deliver clean, high-quality work and exceptional service
• Build customer trust through professionalism and clear communication Crawl Space & Attic Technician Job Requirements :
• Willingness to work in crawl spaces and attics
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and a team-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines
