Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Assist in order processing, scheduling, and account updates

Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure service efficiency

Support administrative duties and contribute to continuous process improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related administrative role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems)

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
