Construction Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Construction Accounting Manager to oversee financial management of new venue construction projects. Key Responsibilities Lead construction accounting processes from budget creation through project close-out Review and reconcile pay applications, invoices, change orders, and commitments for compliance Partner with project managers and stakeholders to align financial objectives with project delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years in construction or real estate development accounting Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and capital project financing Proficiency with construction accounting / project management systems Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
