Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Accounting Operations) to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and payroll administration

Support the monthly close process and ensure timely completion of accounting deliverables

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accounting documentation is audit-ready

Required Qualifications

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes

Experience managing month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations

Experience overseeing accounts payable or operational accounting teams

CPA or CPA-track preferred
