HR Generalist

Summary of Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to our Greensboro, NC office, Irvine, CA office, and Quick Release office (our sister company).
• Responsible for compliance, reporting and overall employee support including the HR ticketing system for ALTEN. This includes AAP, EEO, CA Pay Data, VETS, etc.
• Ensure compliance with general state laws.
• Lead our MVR program and compliance.
• Provide employee support and customer service to the organization.
• Assist with employee change processing and be a backup for HR orientation.
• Offer letter approvals and signing.
