Job Summary
The Renovation Technician performs a variety of task related to assisting trades in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, cabinet making, and painting in accordance with DNV standards and applicable codes.

Internal : Requires close interaction with staff, visitors, and patients throughout the hospital
Physical Capabilities
Occasionally exerts a small amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects. Should be able to lift 100 lbs. Work involves walking and / or standing for prolonged periods of time.
Environmental / Working Conditions
This position is mostly subject to inside conditions; however, may be required to be outdoors occasionally. Occasionally may require work with environmental hazards, (, noisy environment, work infectious agents, near power supplies / machinery, etc.) Occasionally may require work with toxic chemicals. Danger from falling cuts and abrasions are present. Subject to call-backs at all times. Telephone or equivalent is required.
