HR Generalist

Our client, a well-established organization in the Trenton NJ area, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing core HR functions, supporting company-wide initiatives, and driving employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional who is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for fostering a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives
• Partner with leadership on HR strategy and policy development
• Maintain and ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
• Handle benefits administration and coordinate with vendors as needed

Qualifications :

Work Schedule :

Hybrid schedule, 4 days on site after first 90 days.

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay Details : $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
