THE OPPORTUNITY

Amylyx Pharmaceuticals is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics, to join our growing Commercial team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping data-driven decision-making across our lead indication with Avexitide in Post-Bariatric Hypoglycemia (PBH) and future pipeline programs across assets. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical thinker with deep expertise in healthcare data, capable of independently executing complex analyses and translating insights into actionable strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Supply Chain, and to present findings directly to senior leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead commercial analytics efforts across PBH and pipeline products, supporting strategic planning and operational execution.
• Independently analyze and interpret healthcare datasets (e.g., claims, specialty pharmacy, EMR) using SQL, Excel, and other tools to uncover insights on patient journeys, provider behavior, and market dynamics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support commercial performance tracking and forecasting.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling presentations for cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Supply Chain to align analytics with business needs and strategic priorities.
• Support launch readiness and post-launch performance tracking for new products and indications.
• Identify opportunities for data acquisition and infrastructure improvements to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with external vendors and data providers to ensure quality and relevance of third-party data sources.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging data methodologies to continuously elevate the analytics function.
