Job Description :

Reporting to the Mining Division, you will assume full leadership of one of our sites, Népoui, in North-Province, acting as the general manager of the industrial operations. Your responsibilities span all managerial, economic, social, and societal aspects of the center, aligned with the goals of a responsible and sustainable enterprise.

You will oversee the sites safety, economic performance, and productivity, while ensuring a positive internal and external social climate. You will also ensure full compliance with mining and environmental regulations.

Supported by a technically proficient operational team (geologists, planners, production managers, HR), you will focus on leading all strategic and governance processes.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure safety of personnel and compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
• Oversee all mining activities, from exploration through to production and ore shipment
• Drive economic and operational performance, aligned with budgetary targets
• Develop and implement the sites strategic roadmap, consistent with group objectives and local specificities
• Lead constructive social dialogue and manage relationships with employee representative bodies
• Oversee subcontractor management
• Represent the company to local stakeholders : institutions, authorities, traditional communities, residents
• Promote CSR initiatives, risk management, security, and compliance best practices
• Inspire, unite, and develop the sites teams in close collaboration with operational leaders
