State Compliance Analyst

Fanatics is seeking a motivated, team-oriented state compliance analyst with 2-4+ years of applicable experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory operations role (gaming industry experience preferred, but not required). The State Compliance Analyst will report to the Director, State Compliance and will support compliance efforts across the Fanatics Betting & Gaming business.

Responsibilities

• Become a state compliance subject matter expert in multiple jurisdictions
• Track regulatory requirements and work with internal business teams to satisfy those requirements
• Assist business teams in developing procedures and processes to satisfy regulatory obligations
• Maintain and revise, as needed, the Company's regulatory internal controls
• Build and maintain relationships with gaming regulators in multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. Salary Range : $55,000 to $75,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
