Responsibilities :
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings
- Distribute packages and mail as delivered
- Provide onboarding support for new hires
- Assist with tracking accounts payable invoices and submit for approval
- Assist in event planning
- Provide general upkeep of the office
- Periodically provide executive level support
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required2-4 years of admin / reception experience within financial servicesStrong project management skillsStrong attention to detailExperience using Concur a plusSalary Range : 65,000-$80,000
