Job descriptionResponsible for the daily operations of the dining room. Ensures smooth and timely opening of the dining room, including the facilitation of the pre-meal meeting. Inspects cleaning and closing of the dining room. Provides supervision for special functions Greet and seat residents and guests. Ensures consistently high quality customer service in the dining room. Assists the dining service manager, hiring, training, disciplining and terminating employees. Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image. Attend and participate in in-services as required by federal, state, and company requirements.
