Process Engineer - Growing Chemical Manufacturer | Greater Richmond, VA

Our client, a well-funded and rapidly expanding chemical manufacturer , is increasing production volume and investing heavily in their future. They are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead high-impact initiatives in process design, safety, and production optimization at their cGMP / FDA-regulated facility in the Greater Richmond, VA region.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a high-growth environment , where your expertise will directly shape plant performance and operational excellence.

What You'll Do :

• Drive process design and optimization to support increased production capacity.
• Champion process safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Mentor and develop operators and junior associates
• Lead technical projects that deliver immediate and measurable results.
• Manage documentation, batch records & audits
