Since 1938, BHN has been committed to providing high-quality, affordable, and culturally responsive behavioral health care-and we're looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to join our Adult Clinical Community Services program.
What You'll Do
As the Program Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals within Adult Clinical Community Services. You'll manage program operations, support staff development, and collaborate with leadership to align resources and goals.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Works collaboratively with Senior Program Manager to provide regular supervision to staff, address disciplinary issues as needed, and writing annual performance evaluations for staff supervised.
- Monitors all program / individual served financial records to ensure they are in compliance with program policy and procedures regarding financial records and contract billing requirements.
- Ensures the program adheres to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources
- Maintains communication with funding sources or other contracts as appropriate.
- Responsible for oversight of rep-payee process and contingency fund processes.
- Oversees maintenance of organization vehicles.
