Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead CRM and email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of CRM and email marketing initiatives, including requirements gathering and asset delivery

Partner with various teams to ensure clear communication and campaign vision

Oversee the development, QA, and deployment of email campaigns while maintaining project documentation

Required Qualifications

3+ years of project or program management experience in a creative services or digital agency environment

Demonstrated experience managing marketing programs, specifically within CRM or Email Marketing

Understanding of email development methodologies and project management methodologies

Working knowledge of MS Office and project management software such as JIRA or MS Project

Highly data-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to navigate technical project streams
