Position Description :

CGI has an immediate need for a Workday Functional Security Administrator to join our team. • This position is located at a client site in Reston, VA or Plano, TX. A hybrid working model is acceptable

Your future duties and responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Security Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday security and integration, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Workday solutions. The primary responsibility of this role will be to implement and maintain configuration, security assignments and procedures that best support an efficient and scalable security framework.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

3+ years of Workday implementation experience

3+ years of Workday security knowledge

Knowledge of Workday Security (Preferred : Certified Workday Pro for Security)

Experience with agile methodology (Jira, Confluence)

End to end implementation experience

The ability to analyze sophisticated business challenges, respond independently, and communicate across all levels of the organization

Good interpersonal and organizational skills; experience in solving problems and documenting issues, gaps, and resolution

Maintain a Workday security framework that is efficient and scalable

Review and assign user access across all Workday domains and security groups

Assist users with security-related issues, troubleshoot access problems, and guide best practices

Review security configuration and assignments to ensure compliance with internal security policies and procedures

Identify opportunities for improving configuration of existing security features and drive ongoing efficiency and continued improvement of core configurations

Configure system security settings, managing security domains, groups, roles, and policies

Education :

Bachelor in CS and relevant experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $59,000.00 - $130,600.00.
