Overview :

Fredrikson & Byron's Trusts and Estates Department is seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join our Trusts and Estates team in our Minneapolis office. The firm's Trusts & Estates practice is focused on sophisticated estate and tax planning for individuals and families of significant means and succession planning for business entities. The position could have flexibility with regard to hours for the right individual.

The ideal candidate will have :

• 3+ years experience as a Trusts & Estates Attorney OR an LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota.

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $210,000 - $260,000 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
