Scale's product marketing team is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive awareness and engagement for Scale's offerings amongst our core audiences. We take a data-driven approach to understand our customers' needs and challenges, ensuring their voices are reflected in product development and messaging. We then partner closely with product, engineering, research, sales, comms, and the broader marketing team to create a cohesive customer experience across all our channels. We aim to provide valuable insights and resources that help our customers execute on their AI transformation journey.

As a Product Marketing Associate for our Enterprise offerings, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing messaging, collateral, and content to ensure that it resonates with enterprise buyers. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

You will :

• Help develop clear, compelling messaging for our enterprise offerings that resonates with our key enterprise personas.
• Lead and be the driving force in advancing the GTM for your product ownership areas through positioning, messaging, and sales enablement
• Support the creation of case studies highlighting customer success
• Help coordinate the planning and execution of product and feature launches and campaigns
• Create marketing assets including slide decks, videos, blog posts, and one-pagers that effectively communicate our value propositions.
• Manage the digital footprint for our enterprise offerings, including our website, third-party websites, marketplace listings, and analyst platforms.
• Collaborate with Scale's product, growth marketing, sales, field marketing, and communications teams to develop strategies for brand awareness and driving pipeline.

Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. 125,000 — $155,000 USD
