About the Job :
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pest and Wildlife Control Service Technician to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky .
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest and wildlife management services to residential and commercial customers.
This role involves identifying pest and wildlife problems, implementing effective treatment and exclusion plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Responsibilities :
Pest Control : Inspecting properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points.
Treating for pests such as roaches, spiders, ants, wasps , and other common household pests.
Applying chemical and non-chemical treatments safely and effectively.
Maintaining treatment records and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Educating clients on pest prevention and recommending ongoing maintenance plans.
Wildlife Control :
Sealing properties to prevent the invasion of unwanted wildlife in both residential and commercial properties.
Conducting thorough inspections of properties to identify wildlife infestations.
Safely and humanely capturing and removing wildlife.
Setting traps and implementing measures to prevent re-entry of wildlife.
Educating clients on wildlife prevention and offering recommendations for property maintenance.
General :
Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and team members.
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Requirements :
Valid driver's license.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Experience as a technician, in pest control, or in construction is preferable.
Familiarity with estimation software and tools is a plus.
