We are looking for Field Administrators to support construction projects on the Military Base at Kings Bay, Georgia. This position provides a wide variety of skilled administrative and compliance support to multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities involve exposure to sensitive information and require considerable use of diplomacy, excellent communication, customer service, discretion and judgment. This position processes certified payroll, processes base access requests, requisition of tier insurance, manages project vendors, onsite facility management, coordinates meetings; prepares agendas and meeting minutes, and maintains project document control.

Competitive Salary : $20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE

• Two or more years in an administrative role.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
• Specific software literacy (ACC) preferred.
• Accounting or Certified payroll experience preferred.
• Project Document Control and Filing
• Construction Industry experience desirable
