Job Description

We have an APP opening for a nocturnist hospitalist with our Hospitalist Team at General Physician, PC. It is a team of almost 100 providers covering 2 of our sites.

Currently, General Physician, P.C. is seeking an experienced APP to support our Internal Medicine team located within Buffalo General Hospital.

The APP will provide care for approximately 12-15 patients per day for a full-time NIGHT opportunity. This position will allow for an APP to work independently alongside a physician and additional support staff. The provider will also be expected to diagnose and treat common inpatient medical conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, form medical treatment plans, daily progress notes, discharge summaries, and admission orders.

The position is for approximately 12, 12-hour shifts per month and does include variable weekends and holidays.

Compensation- $120,000-$140,000 annually based upon experience.

Requirements :

2–4 years of inpatient medicine experience required

Patient-driven, inquisitive, compassionate, independent and dedicated to improving the health of patients

Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program

Board-certified
