Job Description
Lead a results‑driven product management team serving as the central force behind the strategy, design, development, and go‑to‑market activities for core ERP products. Oversee and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Director in the Product Development division, you will lead a high‑performing team responsible for defining product specifications and strategy, while actively engaging with customers to deliver solutions. You will provide vision and expertise at the forefront of technology, guiding the development of new products, services, and processes. You’ll recommend and justify enhancements to existing offerings, contributing to strategic planning across short‑, medium‑, and long‑term horizons. Your role will also involve gathering and analyzing market and customer information, refining product specifications, and reviewing design documentation. You will clearly articulate product strategy and functionality, foster strong cross‑functional relationships, and help ensure successful and timely product releases in alignment with corporate objectives. Regular interaction with senior leaders and executives will be a key part of ensuring the achievement of unit goals. To succeed, you must demonstrate exceptional leadership, people management, and customer success skills, along with strong communication and analytical abilities. A deep understanding of product development and management, combined with the ability to influence and drive decisions at all organizational levels, is essential. This dynamic role will challenge you with varied and complex assignments requiring sound, independent judgment.

US : Hiring range in USD from : $155,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
