Your role in the Company:
This organization is in the beginning stages of a major change in how they do business throughout the United States. This effort is centered around a streamlining of how the company takes in payments while using their technology investment to optimize their margins.
Part of this change will be a greater degree of partnership with their Private Equity Investors, and this person will be a big part of that.
You will lead the Finance team (5 Direct reports, 12 Total) as they closely monitor the company’s financial health. Supervise the maintenance, management, and analytics of financial statements, payroll, budgets, tax compliance issues, and more.
This team needs a dynamic leader that can inspire positive change within the organization.
