Lead Research Associate

A company is looking for a Lead Research Associate to manage complex projects and mentor junior staff in educational research.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full data acquisition lifecycle across multiple research teams

Coordinate external data acquisition and special studies while maintaining tracking systems

Mentor junior research staff and lead cross-functional collaborations to achieve project goals

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in educational psychology, research methods, data science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of equivalent experience

Proficiency in R, Python, or other statistical software, with experience in version control

Advanced knowledge of statistics and research methods

Experience in designing research studies and managing study participants

Familiarity with AI tools and educational technology trends
