Robert Half is working with a managed services provider who is looking to bring on a tier2 / 3 support engineer. This is a role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, supporting around 500 users. The role provides Tier 2 / 3 support for end users, resolves escalated service tickets, and contributes to the ongoing stability, availability, and security of Microsoft 365 services.
