The i’mable (read “I’m able”) initiative by SG Enable celebrates the abilities of persons with disabilities and promotes positive actions for disability inclusion, aiming to build a more inclusive society and enable lives.
As part of the Public Education Department within the Enabling Village Division, you will conceptualise and deliver programmes to drive the i’mable movement. This involves collaborating with employers, educators, social service agencies, essential service providers, and strategic partners to promote disability awareness and inclusion across schools, workplaces, and communities.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Public Education Strategy : Implement programmes to raise awareness about disability and inclusion, encouraging public action and fostering self-advocacy among persons with disabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Establish and manage partnerships with government agencies, social service organizations, corporations, social enterprises, and community groups to develop inclusive programmes.
- Campaign Management : Collaborate with creative agencies to develop and execute media campaigns, including resource creation and collateral design.
- Grant Management : Oversee the Public Education Grant, including application processing and disbursement oversight.
- Budget Management : Handle financial reporting and manage budgets related to programmes and grants.
- Impact Assessment : Contribute to studies evaluating campaign and project effectiveness, working with research agencies to analyze data.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
Degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)10-15 years’ experience in developing campaigns, events, or programmes, managing budgets, and overseeing grant processesStrong problem-solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skillsAbility to persuade and influence othersOutgoing, action-oriented, collaborative, with a can-do attitudeExcellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlinesProficiency in spoken and written EnglishAdditional Information
