9 : 00 AM 4 : 00 / 5 : 00 PM (dependent on productivity)

W2, Part-time to Full-time (4 5 days / week)

ROLE IMPACT

As a Warehouse Inventory Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting school operations through organized packing, shipping, and item retrieval. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to work efficiently in warm environments will directly impact fulfillment speed and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retrieve, count, and package books and supplies with speed and accuracy

Track inventory using spreadsheet software and data entry tools

Coordinate closely with warehouse team, school staff, and supervisors

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace and storage areas

Adapt weekly to either a 4-day or 5-day schedule based on need

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year of inventory, warehouse, or administrative experience

Comfortable lifting and packing boxes (up to 40 lbs)

Proven spreadsheet and data entry skills (Google Sheets, Excel)

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with excellent communication

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be comfortable working in high-temperature warehouse settings

Frequent standing, walking, and physical handling of inventory

Requires consistent lifting, reaching, and bending throughout shift

Use of standard warehouse and office equipment as needed

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience with file management platforms (Dropbox, OneDrive)

Exposure to CRM or inventory management systems

Bilingual or conversational Japanese
