A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 2.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate audit concepts while training team members to execute audit projects
Conduct audits of client data to generate recoverable claims and ensure compliance with CMS and NAIC guidelines
Collaborate with Engineering to enhance tools and reporting for improved efficiency in audit processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
4-6 years of related experience in healthcare preferred
3-4 years of experience within the organization recommended for internal candidates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SQL strongly preferred
Healthcare industry experience, particularly in claim adjustments and payment integrity, is strongly preferred
