The Director of Service is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurants’ operations, including managing daily activities, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, developing menus, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
They ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, handle guest relations, and develop strategic plans for growth and operational improvements. Key skills for this role include leadership, communication, organization, and knowledge of food safety standards and management software.

- Operational oversight : Manage daily dining room operations to ensure a smooth workflow and flawless guest experience.
