Job Details

We are seeking an exceptional Permanent Founding Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Tech Services industry. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a revolutionary project from its inception and to help shape its future. You will be working with a dedicated team of innovators, technologists, and industry experts who are passionate about transforming the tech services landscape. As a founding member, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and evolution of our tech services.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize our tech services platform using Full Stack and Python Development.

2. Design, code, test, and troubleshoot complex applications while maintaining the highest quality of work.

3. Leverage your expertise in Azure infrastructure to build and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

5. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

6. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to other team members.

7. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

8. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

9. Create documentation for software created and utilize current research methods and theories.

10. Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and design sessions.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Full Stack and Python Development.

3. Proven experience with Azure infrastructure.

4. Strong understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.

5. Experience with cloud architecture and developing software that scales.

6. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a history of superb delivery against assigned tasks.

8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with peers.

9. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

10. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
