Yard Tech ( Wash Pit) - New Hope

PRIMARY FUNCTION :

Clean rental equipment and other associated equipment on the wash pit using high pressure cleaning equipment. Maintain wash pit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Clean heavy equipment and other associated equipment on the wash pit using high pressure cleaning equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of wash pit area and wash pit building.
• Clean rental, used, and customer equipment
• Safely using high pressured cleaning equipment
• Clean inside cabs and windows.
• Drive equipment to and from wash pit area
• Keep areas around building swept up and refuse trash emptied.
• Clean Allied Equipment and remove debris and trash from them
• Aid primary yard tech with organizing machines and serving as backup when they are off
• Assist with gate logging machines

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Education : High School Graduate or GED.

Work Experience : Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Physical : Job is physically demanding must be able to climb up and down on equipment. Stand for long periods of time. Kneeling and bending over for long periods of a time; Working in the elements outside.

Other :

Basic computer skills needed.
