We're looking for a Bilingual Field Service Manager ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll oversee service delivery across 20-40 multifamily communities, manage contractor performance, and ensure service quality and client satisfaction. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy being out in the field, this could be the role for you!

Compensation & Work Environment Details :

Salary Range : $58,000 - $63,000

Bonus : 10% annual target bonus (paid quarterly)

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Company Vehicle : provided by the company

Work Schedule : Flexible working outside standard business hours as needed.

Travel : Required within assigned market.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee Field Service Operations : Manage daily service projects across assigned communities, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Manage Contractors : Recruit, onboard, and supervise independent contractors to meet service expectations and quality standards.
• Maintain Client Relationships : Build strong connections with property managers and site staff, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues quickly.
• Monitor Service Quality : Conduct regular property visits, perform quality checks, and address service concerns proactively.
• Support Sales Efforts : Assist with service proposals, bidding new work, and identifying additional service opportunities.
• Promote Safety & Compliance : Enforce safety protocols, conduct incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with operations, finance, HR, marketing, and IT teams to support seamless service delivery.
• Keep Accurate Records : Track service completion, contractor performance, and client communications in Salesforce.
