Certified Medical Assistant

A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

Triages and responds to inbound requests from various stakeholders regarding patient care

Assists with virtual care activities under clinician direction, including gathering medical history and communicating test results

Supports patients with video visit technology and manages administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant

3-5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in primary care

At least 1 year of telehealth experience preferred

Experience with electronic medical records systems

Demonstrates knowledge of medical / legal issues and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
