Las responsabilidades del miembro del equipo incluirán :

  • Interacción con los clientes : recibir pedidos, procesar ventas y dinero, y gestionar problemas de los clientes.
  • Preparación de productos.
  • Manteniendo la calidad del producto.
  • Monitoreo de todos los equipos de servicio.
  • Estándares inquebrantables en el mantenimiento de un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro (según las regulaciones de la Junta Laboral y OSHA y los estándares de la empresa), descarga, almacenamiento y mantenimiento del nivel de inventario requerido.
  • Esfuerzos de reconocimiento y motivación de los campeones

  • Debe tener al menos 16 años de edad.
  • Accesibilidad a un transporte confiable y seguro
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, gestión / liderazgo y habilidades organizativas.
  • Se requiere destreza física (la capacidad de mover hasta 45 libras de un área a otra).
  • Asistencia y puntualidad imprescindibles
  • Operar la caja registradora según sea necesario y dar cambio a otros cajeros.
  • Habilidades matemáticas básicas
  • Certificación de formación completa

    • El rango de remuneración para este puesto es de $11 a $22 por hora. La remuneración puede variar según la ubicación geográfica y la experiencia.
