California Licensed Patient Support Representative

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Support Representative for California residents only.

Key Responsibilities

Support patients, clients, and payors with billing inquiries

Handle high-volume calls, explain costs, and assist with payments

Document interactions and provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience

High-volume phone support experience required

High school diploma (Bachelor's a plus)

Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

Medical billing or insurance experience is a plus
