Our firm is actively seeking a full-time Tax Manager to take charge of our clients' tax services. This pivotal role demands outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with personnel at all levels, clients, and firm contacts. At least 8-12 years' experience with federal and state income tax preparation and review, including working with a variety of federal and multi-state tax returns for small to medium size businesses and their ownersBachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or taxActive CPA license and eligible to practice in ColoradoCompletion of Culture Index survey, linked above. The position is full time M-F.
Annual base compensation : $125-150k with semi-annual performance bonuses.
