Digital Product Manager

Location : Highland Park, CA

3x a week Hybrid in Office

Job Summary :

As a Digital Product Manager , you will lead strategic development, growth, and performance of our website and Shopify shop. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class digital experiences that drive customer engagement, design, conversion, traffic, and revenue growth. This role will touch many parts of our digital teams and have a direct impact on the user experience and DTC revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the Shopify ecosystem, optimizing site performance, UX / UI, and standardizing 3 of our Shopify stores.
• Execute the product strategy on Shopify Plus, ensuring proper setup, collaboration between teams, and launch of new products and services.
• Lead end-to-end product development of our 3rd Party partners
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to drive data-driven product decisions.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers, developers, marketing, and external agency to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Implement A / B testing, user research, and analytics to continuously refine and improve PDPs and Landing Pages.
• Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
