Hourly Pay Range :

$19.31 - $28.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Position : Phlebotomist -Outpatient
• Main Location : 1100 Lake Street Oak Park, IL. (Monday-Friday)
• Alternate Location : Center for Health- Elmhurst Hospital (Weekends / Holidays)
• FTE : 1.0 Full-time
• Hours : 8am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday; Includes every other Saturday and Sunday / holiday rotations
