Application Security Architect

A company is looking for an Application Security Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with development teams to implement secure coding practices and conduct application vulnerability assessments

Perform periodic reviews of application architecture to identify security gaps and enhance security posture

Work cross-functionally to assist in risk assessment and remediation of security issues, ensuring alignment with security standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

5+ years of experience in secure software development and system architecture

Knowledge of securing enterprise web applications and familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and related security frameworks

Experience in providing guidance on remediation of security issues identified by scanning tools

Active security certification (e.g., CISSP, CSSLP, CEH) is preferred
