Clinical Supervisor - Outpatient Services

Responsibilities

Cedar Hills Hospital currently has an opening for a Clinical Supervisor to join our Outpatient Team.

How you will make an impact :

The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and guidance for the outpatient program. Including that of both Program / Group Therapists as well as Intake / Assessment staff. The Clinical Supervisor will be required to hold treatment team meetings, individual and group supervision sessions with staff, handle escalated patient situations, perform chart reviews / audits, provide clinical feedback and guidance to staff, assist with employee evaluations. Additional tasks will include covering / performing intake assessments and group therapy sessions.
