Solution Distribution Manager

Job Description

This position is accountable for enabling successful distribution of HSB's unique and vast tailored service capabilities into the marketplace, with an eye to bringing value to clients and driving sales and retention.

The position is specifically responsible for :

• Successful delivery and penetration of HSB / Munich Re's technical / service capabilities (to include engineering, technology, and related insurance products) into the market with an aim to integrating customers into the HSB service ecosystem of insurance, engineering, and technology.
• Distribution strategy for these capabilities : Examples, but not limited to : detailed execution plans in coordination with Profit Centers, goal setting for business development, marketing coordination, continued education of sales teams, standards and training of internal and external partners, client profiling of opportunities.
• Expert consultation supporting sales and implementation for individual clients in support of Business Development around the assigned services.
• Liaison duties to corporate product development teams about business and client needs, and effectiveness of capabilities in the market, so that products are developed in meaningful ways.
