Change Management Lead

A company is looking for a Change Management Lead to drive the adoption of new products, processes, and technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute change strategies that align with product roadmaps and business priorities

Craft clear, business-relevant messaging for new product features and process updates

Design and deliver training programs that support agile delivery and product adoption

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in change management, training, and communications

Strong understanding of agile delivery models and product lifecycle management

Proven ability to influence and engage business stakeholders across functions

Experience with tools like Confluence, Miro, LMS platforms, and Microsoft 365

Bonus : Prosci, CCMP, or other Change Management Certification
